These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SayMorrow, operated by Steward Copilot LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
SayMorrow is a language-learning app that uses AI to provide conversation practice, feedback, pronunciation drills, and review scheduling. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. AI-generated feedback and scores are for learning guidance only and may not always be accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, no automated scraping, and no use that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Premium features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase.
Promotional codes granting premium access are offered at our discretion, may expire, and have no cash value. Steward Copilot LLC may revoke codes obtained through error, fraud, or abuse.
The app, its content, and branding are owned by Steward Copilot LLC and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. your messages and recordings) and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
